Shipping + Returns
For those shopping my art: I aim to fulfill and ship orders within 1 week of the order being placed :) Please note that orders are fulfilled using standard envelopes and USPS stamps, & therefore do not have tracking numbers. Depending on where you live, your art mail should arrive within anywhere from 3-14 days (give or take; possibly longer if outside of the US).
If for whatever reason (incliment weather, USPS delays, or otherwise) your mail doesn't arrive within this timeframe, feel free to reach out to me via email!
For mail club members: Each month's mail sign ups are open a month in advance to allow time for production & shipping.
Signing up prior to the end of the month secures the following month's mail as your 1st envelope from TVPC (ex. signing up before the end of July signs you up to receive August's mail).
Lastly, each month's envelopes are mailed off via USPS during the 3rd-4th weekend of the month. Official shipping updates are posted on social media (Tiktok and Instagram) + sent via email.
Please note that the beauty of snail mail is that it makes its way to you at just the right time. Depending on where you live, snail mail could arrive within anywhere from 3-21 days (possibly longer if outside of the US).
